This item requires a transferring Federal Firearms Licensed
(FFL) class 3 dealer to facilitate the transaction. It cannot be shipped directly
to you; it must be shipped to a licensed dealer of your choosing. Before we can
process your order, we MUST receive a copy of the license from your chosen
dealer.
To be eligible to purchase a silencer and obtain an NFA Tax Stamp you must:
* Be a resident of the United States
* Be eligible to purchase a firearm (form 4473)
* Pass a BATFE background check
* Be at least 21 years of age or older
* The following states are classified as illegal to purchase or possess a silencer: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Your class 3 dealer will be contacted directly
by Xcaliber. Once Xcaliber Firearms has the necessary information to transfer
the silencer to your class 3 dealer, you will be notified and given tracking
information. Your dealer will help you complete the background check and other
paperwork requirements before they can transfer the silencer to you. This
process can take 6 months to a year to complete.
